As you play Assassins Creed III: The Tyranny of King Washington - Episode 2, the second of three episodes in this reality-bending, timeline altering, canon narrative you begin to see what its really all about. Theres very little story this time out - this will surely come in the final episode in a flurry given all the questions still left to answer - but an awful lot of game. Its really a greatest hits in terms of missions with each different from the last and encompassing all the different things youll have done in the main game, from eavesdropping to playing a board game, assassinating without arousing suspicion to fending off wolf attacks, along with a number of new things and the opportunity to use the skills you picked up in episode one and those you acquire here.

Microsoft and Major Nelson have revealed the titles that will be available in todays one day sale on Xbox Live.
To be honest, the sale is a tad disappointing. The oft discounted Fallout 3 expansions are all there, as well as the already cheap Dishonored Dunwall City Trials.
However, the Assassins Creed 3 Season Pass is decently cheap and gives you access to all of The Tyranny of King Washington content. Likewise, the penultimate Battlefield 3 expansion, Aftermath, is also at a great price.

EGM: "The new eagle powers are far more impressive than the wolf skills from the first episode, and although the story drags early on, it picks up nicely towards the end, ramping up to a hopefully fittingand satisfying conclusion in the final episode."
